Red Rose CPC grant

Bill Nix, the RRCPC treasurer applied for and got a ?10,000 grant from South Lakes District Council as part of the UK Government?s financial response for small businesses due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
This money is now in the club bank account and will be used to pay the rent to our landlord. The small amount left over after this may cover other utility payments and will help replace the hut fees revenue that would have been collected from the start of lockdown. I thought I would let other clubs know that this is available

I believe several clubs from "Yorkshire ", Derbyshire and Mendip have already received their grant.

I mentioned this grant in another thread. 

The offer should go to clubs with "hostels" automatically as they will be on the local authority list as having a rateable value (even if they get a 100% rate rebate) and will be classed as a "small business".
