Snowdonia mine where explorers made an unusual discovery

A "perfectly preserved" children's book has been discovered in an abandoned lead mine in North Wales.

The novel, believed to be part of Enid Blyton's The Famous Five series was found in "almost perfect condition" by a rural explorer.
The discovery was made at a historic mining site in Snowdonia which has been abandoned for more than 100 years.
Mining enthusiast Milda, found the book on a ledge deep inside the mine and said it appeared "almost untouched".

Well lets hope it stays in the mine, too many things have gone missing from mines, like the mine cart that was taken from moel Fferna,

Whoever wrote that article I suspect also sells secondhand books on Amazon.
