Strans Gill or Quaking photo

Dear Cavers,

We are currently working on a project and need a high quality photograph from Strans Gill Pot or, failing that, Quaking Pot. I have photos from being in both of those caves myself, but they are grainy, blurry phone shots - which is what I imagine most people's images from these caves are. Obviously that won't do, so please can you contact us if you have a publication-quality underground photo from either cave.

I don't think I took much when we went down Strans, got video from Quaking but it won't be high quality if I screenshot the videos.

If people knew what Quaking Pot really looks like, no one would ever go there.

Yeh, like yours mine are pretty blurry and you probbably have them anyway. I think this is the best one of you crawling to the second pitch. (Strans gill).

We could do a photo trip if you like for better shot's down quaking, though I don't think I fit through the crux so it will only be to there. I certainly won't fit in Strans gill now

This description by the late Ian Cummins conveys what Quaking is like quite vividly. When younger and fitt

I noticed a pic of me headfirst down Strans gill digging it out 16 years ago, I can try and find a higher quality one.
