3 couples within the ranks of UBSS are celebrating 25th wedding anniversaries, not least our very own Graham & Linda! Pics soon....

After leaving and going back to my pigsty and finding only a pot of 3 year old chilli sauce in the fridge, I decided to relent and return to Burrington woods to trough-snack on the delightful nosh on offer; arriving just as night was drawing in and the fire was raging, it soon became apparent that much of the food was snaffled... but sufficient remained for a feast of epic proportions. I even managed to have five bowls of pudding!



A cosy gathering.



The fire was evaporating all rain drops before they even got close!....

So a big thanks to UBSS and to mein hosts, Graham and Linda, for organising such a splendiferous soir in the forest: the chocolate pudding was fab, the trifle was also fab, the creamy trifle and the cream and the other puddings were equally fab; the meat was hearty and the company was erudite and pleasing - there was even a very talented musician playing superbly. All top stuff.  (y)

It were a right good "do". I would put up some of my own photos but I'm being offered large sums of money to "suppress" some of them  ;)
