Despite the comment below about using it for mucky caving gear I suspect it's in good condition and works fine.
"It’s an integrated Hotpoint 7kg washer with 14 programmes. Not sure how old, but would be a good starter for someone, or a second one for washing dirty overalls or dog stuff. Will need to collect from here."
