I did visit once (in the eighties) and recall it being a bit thrutchy so not quite a complete stab in the dark. I remember it was a cruddy day outside and we followed it up with a becking trip in Hell Gill which was a bit/lot more inspiring.well done, it is Eden Sike
I think my use of 'inspiring' might possibly come across as unappreciative. I always enjoyed Northern Dales caving even when it was hard work - so different and unusual compared to the regular areas. There used to be a very nice tearoom/craft centre at Aisgill where we'd park for the Mallerstang caves and frequent after caving. Excellent cheese scones.
