Cote Gill Pot?

I well remember early on in my caving career hearing about the two men who sadly died at Cote Gill. I came across a small memorial to one of them a few years ago in the church yard at Arncliffe.

Not Yew Cogar I’m afraid, although I believe it has been seeing a bit of attention recently.

The stream bed and the steep bank have the look of somewhere like Langstrothdale or Penyghent Gill

It looks like an old flash bulb gun to me.
