There's nothing in the picture for scale but it's a substantial river and the cave entrance is just above the centre of the photograph.
 
That's good enough ; well done. "Black Rose Cave" is just up-valley (to the left in this view) but the cave accessed by swimming in the photograph is Foss Pool Cave. It's literally just outside Ingleton yet generated several far flung suggestions! :ROFLMAO:

Yes, Kirkhead - it's about 1/2 mile from my house. Trouble with my worms today.

A day on and not even a wild guess? Clue: I posted the photo from an Ingleton café the same day as I took it (so it's unlikely I jetted in from Lascaux or Altamira).
 
could it be Katnot cave? I remember there being a bunch of things painted on the walls there.
It certainly is Katnot. I don't think I've been back in there since the eighties and I didn't notice any cave 'art' then so it probably isn't Palaeolithic. Over to you, James.
