Without having spent too much time looking through the specs, that does seem really good value for money, given what it can output. For a business, it's pretty cheap. Offering to scan showcaves for the owners so they could promote them online could pay for it in a few weeks if they were interested! Whether it could stand up to proper underground use is another matter though, especially with imprecise or uneven lighting, water and mud etc..
