WHO WON THE 5 X DMM PHANTOM SCREWGATE KARABINERS??

What a fantastic response to this competition - thank you to all who took part and entered Judging was difficult - my original 'shortlist' was over 25 photos, so my apologies to those who didn't make the cut - many of you were soooo close.

My shortlist is in order of my favourites, however Random.org will have the final say. I judged on a combination of the photo depicting 'entrance', flora, fauna and/or cavers. Great caver expressions gained merit. The tale behind the shot also held sway for some entries....

5) Jamieleighclark - loved the colours of the mosses, lichens etc, and a happy caver to boot.

7) Bagpuss - you can almost small the wild garlic...and the small tackle bag depicts 'caver' really well

With so many great entries did not expect to make the shortlist let alone win.

Just back from a visit to the Ease Gill open house so didn't need any karabiners for rigging this weekend but will definitely come in handy on future trips.
