Win 100m Spanset Platinum 9mm!!

I'd use it to rig part of Titan as after seeing the stunning shot by Robbie I've always wanted to have a go at shooting something so epic.......either that or use it tie up certain Dudley members who can't be trusted to go underground on their own, so it would be double up as a useful public service  :chair:

I'd like to use it towards rigging the Pozo Grande (P116) on the B15 to B1 (Sistema Badalona) through trip in the Pyrenees ;-)

Well we have many shafts in Devon and Cornwall, unfortunately our normal 50m lengths are not cut out for the depths of many of these. We recently borrowed a 100m rope to drop an 85m shaft, the bat cone at the top was wobbly so a 3-1 pulley using my 50m rope was used to secure it properly. Then backed up off two trees and a Y hang from the cone the 100m rope provided a lovely free hang pitch all the way to the bottom.

Your not the only one Beardy - chance would be a fine thing.
If you win I'll deliver it to the pitch personally

Would love to rig Brewery Shaft at Nenthead. From the surface hut the shaft is 100 metres deep, but from Rampgill Horse Level it's 78 metres. I've seen videos and heard lots of people have been down it on a winch, but I would like to rig it! See whats at the bottom, could get some epic photos in there too  ;D

Alum Pot by North West route.
80 metres free hang and the rest will take you down to the sump.
Satisfaction of doing a spectacular trip on one rope.

Erect a 50m SRT tower at the MNRS and rig half the Spanset to prusik up, then zip wire down to the Hunters' Lodge. Same again at the Hunters' for the zip wire run home.

Maj.

100m of 9mm would be rather nice for rigging Big Meanie, with a nice little exchange to Deaths Head pot; should get to the bottom with 100m ;D . Though a classic Simpsons/Swinsto pull though with beautifully light 9mm is also very tempting.

if you are who i think you are - and win the rope - you better invite me - its been on my to-do list for tooo long

Aye that would be me as in Lauren, of course you are invited Andy! :)

I'm surprised no one's mentioned a Titan White River pull through trip.

Admittedly I would be elongating it with string but the trip still stands.

I don't go to anything else that wouldn't ruin it in a trip

I would cut the rope in half and rig either a Swinsto through trip or a long wait in Turbary pot, I'd decide on the day to be honest.  :wall:

Given the Earbys potential to leave rope in foreign climes would be rather useful for our up coming trip to Mallorca this September. Perhaps for Cueva de Sa Campana and if not lost we could recycle it in Sa Fosca. 9mm is lighter to carry as well.  ;)
