Hi,

I have been using a GoPro 3 White on the front of my helmet to get some footage down a few caves and mines.
While the crawling passages are lit up reasonably well with my Fenix on flood there is really insufficient light for any sort of quality on larger passages.

I was wondering if anyone had had experience with the Light and Motion Sidekick Duo which will give out 600lm on flood and 400 on Spot, which complared to my 180lm Fenix may be OK to a point.

Have you got the go-pro set to 50fps?  It's a much better setting for low light.

Thanks for the advice but the Hero3 max is 30fps.
