Hi Chunky,

Thanks for posting the fab film - we've shown it to Pete Ward, Director at Spanset (We're all in Spain on a caving trip).

We've been using Spanset Gold out here and Pete has now donated 300m of (slightly used on this 3D laser scanning trip of La Verna & Torca Del Carlista) Spanset Gold as our next UKC prize - thanks Pete!  Thanks, Spanset!

So how does Spanset ropes compare pricewise with other available ropes? Prices don't seem to be listed on their website.

Hi Madness,

We will hopefully be putting some links up soon to Spanset's website where they will have added prices/ability to purchase - I think, but don't quote me, prices will be ?1 a meter sold in either 50m or 100m lengths.....

The Spanset Gold is only available in 10.5mm. Spanset also offer an 11mm in Blue.

50m and 100m lengths are available vacuum packed at ?1.00 / metre. Boxed lengths up to 700m are also available. Free UK delivery on all orders over ?250.00.
