Many forum members will be aware of the phenomenally useful webcam looking towards Whernside from the Ribblehead railway station:

This is great for getting an idea of what the weather's doing higher up (for example, in snowy conditions, the speed the traffic is moving gives an indication of the state of the roads).

For about three days I've not been able to view this - has anyone else had problems?

Currently for me it says the server is not found.

"error loading stream: ID not found on server"

Always used to work for me, so this is new.

It stopped sometime early on Saturday morning. Maybe someone needs to switch if off and switch it on again.

I'm glad it's not just me.

There was a storm in this area one night recently - from memory it was in the small hours of either Friday or Saturday morning; maybe the webcam got fried? I hope they're able to sort it sooner rather than later because it's so useful.
