Been talking to a resident at Overton today who told me that someone went down the sleepered shaft in the woods west of overton hall last year. Its the shaft nr the old coffin lane that cuts up towards Gregory Mine (white hillocks) and a few meters away from the old 'ice house'. The chap said the 'caver' looked like George Doors (aka Matt Lucas) of Shooting Stars fame.  Anyone know who this might have been?

... I think there's a photo of you in your under crackers after a hot curry at the TSG cooked by "George doors".

I wouldn't discount it being Grayson though, they've been going further afield.

markc went down a few years ago with someone else (can't remember who, but it wasn't me!) But he doesn't look like George Doors.
