I assumed the writing simply said what was in the packet, and tried google on "rekwindel" - result "elastic swaddle". Wtf is an "elastic swaddle"? 😀

Well, maybe. But while for some people the reaction is "I did it!! I can do anything!!!" for others the reaction is to sit in a heap on the floor thinking "I never ever want to do that again" And they're not lesser people.
