For the southern end start by looking in Fiddys, make sure you ask the kind lady in the farm down at the bottom for permission as its on private land!

You mean the more natural ones, less likely to need maintenance and are used by bats? Why waste all this time and effort in that disgusting entrance series?

They used concrete bricks, must be the material of choice! What was wrong with using loose bits of limestone from within the cave?

Could it not of been done by sticking a section of blue pipe higher up to divert the water course rather than a brick wall?

Seems welsh water are sending apprentices out for jobs in the Draenen entrance series! A shoddy diversion of the stream with a bit of pipe going through a wall of household bricks and mortar which has failed as you still get soaked going through the squeeze!

The lcd smashed on my tg3 after little force in my pocket, it was fixed under warranty and returned since then when flicking though on gallery mode the buttons misbehave and start flicking though settings photos etc by themselves If it gets muddy it doesn't work either, especially the jog wheel...

As far as I know the only two routes are to either walk down the road from Brynmawr to the normal parking spot or scale the gorge up from the Clogwyn entrance. Its less dodgy and a lot less effort dropping down from Gam and srt back out!

I thought ?45 aprox ?32.50 was very good value for a 4 cell pack, I have made one in the past and soldering Li-ion is not something I would like to risk again! Another company I can think of charge ?65 for a very similar 4 cell pack, they are even using same same brand cells.

I have got 3 pairs of holes from various lights in my Ecrin best, I am about to fill in the holes with a P-Tex candle but as Mark says on the "rock" model there are plenty of holes in the top already so it probably doesn't matter
