TRAQUA was born out of a research project of hydrogeologist and caver Dr. Amaël Poulain. TRAQUA developed and produced its own in-situ measurement equipment. The STREAM® fluorometer/turbidimeter allows a direct, high-resolution measurement of fluorescence, turbidity, and water temperature. The small size and weight of the equipment allow for quick and easy installation in the field, and can easily be applied in remote locations (natural site, well, pipeline, cave system). STREAM® fluorometers are autonomous and do not require an external datalogger or power source, which allows the equipment to be installed in almost any location.
