Oh, that's a pity. I did wonder however as we'd not heard from him for a while. Definitely a joker! Chris.

    The use of AI art

In some circumstances I agree. But if I was looking for an image for a website, I wouldn't be paying an artist, I'd pinch something from somewhere. Chris.

Rescuers work to save Italian caver injured 585m underground

From here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c878en33yd8o I enjoyed this bit: "They had to navigate narrow tunnels and at times use small explosive charges to get her out." - the explosives bit reminded me of cave exploration in Yorkshire - if it's not big enough, blow it up. Chris.

    North Wales mines

Depends on what you consider decent. There are some good mines in the Gwydyr Forest, Parc, Hafna and Pandora for example. Aberllefenni - Foel Grochan (red crane entrance) is pretty good too. Cwmorthin and Maenofferen have a lot more to offer than can be seen on a single trip, as does Parc. Chris.

    CO2 Monitor - circuit diagram / details

I bought a commercial one for about £1000. There's probably a reason they are so expensive (aside from the fact it does O2, CO, H2S and CH4 as well) Chris.

Wind turbines causing rain? [Split from Mossdale.]

I agree. They should be onshore. A bloke in a ratty transit with a spanner is a lot cheaper than a boat. Chris.

Major operation launched to rescue youngsters trapped in notorious Eryri slate mine

I am assuming you know the way! As all leaders ought to (or if not, it's an exploration trip where retracting steps is always an option) Chris.
