Just a note to anyone wanting to learn more in caving really. I dont know if this is allowed but i wanted to point people to a centre near to where i live in South Wales who offer really good progressive courses for all levels, i know it costs money whereas clubs are free but you would get a lot of information, ive done one of these myself and was really worth it. for those interested its Longtown OEC, search for the website.
