I doubt they'd manage 20mins on the way out after a long time working hard underground; perhaps it has been done in 20mins on the way in while fresh and raring to go....

Different cave, similar topic: apparently the Swildon's Round Trip has been done in under an hour.

On the Adventure Hut cave log it seems the best time managed is 33mins with some 34mins and a few 37mins (all listed as "blasted out", "quick" etc.) so Ken's time is quick - what's your secret?

My secret?.......is to look, and move my body as efficiently as possible In to the space ahead, and to work with the cave, not against it.

(Fucking hard work though) I don't think I could do better, but I'll try! :shock:
