Went down JH on Saturday and exited via Speedwell. most enjoyable, never been out that way before. very crowded though. lots of people doing simmilar things, anyone would think that there was some kind of even on....

Hi ,There was a rescue going on in JH on sat ,someone had a accident on bitch pitch they came out via speedwellwent .They all got out about 11pm sat night.

Sorry Fiona, Cave_Troll was making an attempt at biting sarcasm I'm afraid. I'm pretty sure that Cave_Troll was there along with a number of other fellow Members of this Forum... I managed a trip down part of JH and a trip in and out of Speedwell - and I didn't have to pay for any tickets! :wink:

Abseil off the end of the rope next time - I'm sure you'll have a bit more company!

Not if there is the same level of b£llock-freezing water as there was on Saturday. It was a fair bit wetter than on the through trip
