LUSS in Wretched Rabbit

With plenty of new gear and much psyche from CHECC, 5 members of LUSS go un-guided into Wretched rabbit to re-enforce our knowledge of routes from previous trips and start being self-suficient for future trips. We found our way to Eureka junction (wary of the water levels) via the dry route which involved some fun scrambling and squeezing around/through boulders. We tried to make our way to Stop Pot but as we could not get through we were forced to turn back the way that we came. We enjoyed the use of our new Peli cases to have a dry and not squashed lunch in one cavern on the way down - with thanks to UK caving and Peli_UK! On the way back we took another division up a different hand over hand climb for another explore before re-emerging back into the grim fog of the Dales.
Good to see ULSA and SUSS underground too  :beer:
