In case you, like me, had missed the announcement, SWCC are now selling the brand-new and updated OFD I and Cwm Dwr survey as well as laminated sections of the most popular bits.

Excellent news and well done to SWCC.

Excellent news. At the risk of sounding like Whitelackington, any chance of knowing the revised length and depth?

Yes, I'd missed that too!

Is it covering the first two sheets of the old survey? Any ideas on price?

Graham, I've jut visited the SWCC website and it says "Work progresses on the rest of the cave!"

Is there any way to see a low res of what it looks like? I would be super interested in a nice print of OFD1 survey. I mean, I've seen a lot more caves now than over a year ago, but it is still right up there with my fav cave I've ever been in (and I can't wait to go back, see more of it, and more of the rest of OFD too!). I don't know why but that trip was particularly special for me and I can't place my finger on it. But it is. Guess ya just fall in love with some caves or something and that's one of them for me =)

Here is the section shown on the SWCC website. Sharp-eyed observers will note that there are some additional spot heights now included. There is also the odd surface feature shown, for example the outline topography of the Cwm Dwr quarry is featured and the newly published section will also enable you to tell precisely when you are directly underneath 1-10 Powell Street, which is just before the Cwm Dwr choke in case you're wondering.

I think i might be blind...looked at the swcc site and only see the old 1994 map for sale? I found the announcement where that image comes from but not an order form for it. I think I'm missing something...
