location of cave needed

would some kind person save my legs and pm me the location of ogof pen crawnon? i have a rougth idea but its only very rougth.
 
Do you mean Ogof Blaen Crawnon? If so, the description in Caves of South Wales allowed us to find it pretty easily. The waterfall clue helped a lot.

My recollection is of it being 'nutty', i.e. every surface was extremely lumpy and hard to crawl on.

No it is different place, and not easy to find which is why photos were taken of its entrence.  Of course over time the cave and the photos have become misplaced.  So I know to within couple hundred yards, just have to trudge mountain I guess.
