Hi all,
Despite caving for many years, Mistral/Pip is an area of Easegill I have not visited.
Anyhow I had a lightening fast trip in there on Sunday on a club meet. Due to time constraints I had to head out on my own.
I'd like to think I got to Gour Hall but now I've looked at the survey and read a couple of reports I suspect I didn't quite get that far.
I recognised Hall of the Ten then continued in a large passage to a flat out section that opened up again. A few mins later I reached a large chamber. This contained a muddy floor with a ladder down a narrow slot in the floor(A bottle of baby oil was at the top of the ladder for rescue purposes
) There were several largish formations dotted around the chamber.
So my question is....Was this likely to be Gour Hall?
