Mendip Mine Register:
Can anyone tell me how to get hold of a copy of this document / book? a pal of mine has several interesting old workings in his backyard; I'm just wondering if they are mines (they look like it) or just walled - off depressons.

John's company dealt with coal mining records. I don't think that his archive had detailed coverage of other mines.
