Has anybody got any information or experience with The Millerton Caves in California?
Apparently they are carved from granite and are very wet/active.

I was wondering if somebody on this forum might have been in the past or know of anybody who has caved in this area of California?

Cheers guys  :)

Photos look cool if a bit sporting. Not very camera friendly

Anymore information would be gratefully appreciated.

Its ashame then, then these caves might only be accessable to divers soon looking at the website.

On reflection - A top cave!  (y)

Very unusual to be inside granite, however apart from that it was just like any other vadose stream canyon. The walls were extremely smooth, like glass. In appearance the walls looked just like granite or marble with typical light and dark speckles.

Thanks to those of you that helped with photo links.

;) - I guess he's referring to granite/marble kitchen work tops.

They do look good, remarkably clean.
