If anyone is interested, the cave in question is "Cueva Gabinarraca", at Venado (near Arenal volcano). It is operated as an undeveloped tourist cave.

I was running a bushcraft course for a bluechip company yesterday. Any mention of bore grylls was treated as foul language and retribution was by way of 10 press ups for a bit of a laugh.
But all of the people on the course were intelligent enough to see though the BG bullshit and realise that it's just a sham bit of telly presented by an idiot.

He might have the skills, but his presentation and delivery are laughable.

Hmm, which resurgence?  Difficult one that, I suppose the 'Director's Cut Extended Version' of the Pierre's Pot to Pierre Saint-Martin extended dive link would be good pulp TV viewing....

I was wondering if you could pop him into Witches Cave, and get him to pop out of Dale Barn. Just in time to feast on some maggots on a dead sheep.

Highlight of the series was when one of the Z list celebs burnt his book. I know it's awful, but I can't help watching the car crash TV, his programs do make me shout at the telly though.

I retract my earlier comment!

Just watched the Romanian man vs wild episode, what maniac would follow that advice??

Quite impressed at his eating bear poo, snails and raw fish though...... I struggle with tomatoes!

Anyone see the last episode?  All credit for those on the tyrolean traverse.  It would seem those who would seem dodgy at the start may well have their strengths when push comes to shove - quite an interesting experiment.

For those of us who didn't see it  - can you explain more?
