Well I'm hoping that the OS grid reference given in the article is correct as it is off the Cambrian Cave Registry.
The entrance is a small sink hole that you can't really see until you arrive at it. There's a cover of sorts making it stockproof.
From Herberts Quarry car park, walk up the ruined quarry service road to the very end of it. This is on the route of the Beacons Way trail. Continue on the trail, passing north of Moel Gormach into a flat and sometimes boggy basin. Walk along this flattish ground and go up to the ridge line ahead. The saddle point is marked Blaenclydach on the 1:25000 map. Turn south up Foel Fraith for a couple of hundred metres and there it is!
