Camera Sensor Cleaning

What do people use to clean their digital camera sensors? The video below I was told to watch by YouTube. While there is comedy there are a few good hints. I actually use the Pentax o-ick1 sticky lollipop cleaner to clean sensors on DSLRs and mirrorless and find it works very well - I'm on my second one. Here's a link for an idea of what it is:

It's £60 quid on the Pentax site.... However there are many other sensor cleaning solutions and your mileage may vary, and some find the whole thing rather scary.

Here's the video I was talking about earlier:

As ever comments and thoughts welcome.

I've almost given up cleaning my sensor now - if I stop down to anything past f11 and take a shot with sky in, it's covered in black dots, and no amount of cleaning has shifted them. I suspect this is just years of taking it underground. I also managed to put a tiny scratch on it a couple of years ago when my vacuum got too close! So I'm resigned to it being sub-standard now. To be honest, they rarely show on underground shots, and I can usually get by on f11 at 200 ISO with two flashguns, so I've stopped worrying.

Photosol swabs (I think I use now) with Eclipse fluid. Sensor swabs to fit either full frame or APS-C depending on the cameras.
