A team of OUCC cavers visited one of the islands off the coast of Chilean Patagonia in 2008, at the same time as other parts were being explored by French and Chilean cavers. See: https://www.earth.ox.ac.uk/~chrisd/mdds08/files/Prospectus.pdf

So the answer is yes, there are plenty of caves in Patagonia, but they're best accessed by the sea.
