How come discussion is not open to further replies?

If you contact with whatsapp then you can text (what happened to whatsapp & FB messenger being combined, which they suggested several years ago?)

You can also still get mobiles that don't have GPS (or other facilities) in them, but it is getting more difficult not to.

Latest iphones actually have lidar scanners in them that allow you to photo-survey as you go...

Ah - my fault. I locked the thread to temporarily prevent further replies while moving the off topic stuff to a separate thread and forgot to unlock it afterwards. I have now unlocked it again and moved your reply to the old thread and locked this one.
