What is known about Christmas Hole (not Christmas Swallet) dug in the 40s by BSA, listed as lost in COPD

I found this in the Glebe Cottage Index - as P9 is mentioned separately (as 'unnamed', is it possible that this is Christmas Hole that's being referred to here? Ah - it's the same reference on the registry so it must be! There's a copy in the Chapel Library - who knows, maybe even a survey. But we can't get in!

If you look from the Sparrowpit road north west at the Giant's turnoff you can see the rake/vein coming over Middle Hill.
