Try Rob Gittins the DCUC C&A officer <devon@dcuc.org.uk> I would have suggested the DCUC website, but no-one has put any access info up there yet.

More years ago than I care to remember, we arranged access to these caves via the Pengelly Study centre. Of course things may have changed.....
