Curious upsurge in Cave Club members

Just wondering if any other club has noticed an upsurge in new members? 

My club has experienced quite a dramatic increase of both novices and experienced members joining in the last year and I was wondering if this is being repeated elsewhere?

We have had a few new members in the BRCC, but I think it is just down to the excellent website. I can't comment on YSS other then to say there has been new members but I do not know if its more than useual.

There's been quite a lot of caving related stuff on TV in the last few months. That's probably inspiring a few newbies
