Girly question about hand/nail care

I've a simple system. Wash hair in shower, nail brush and follow up with a good soak in the hot tub.

Skin like a baby's bottom, nails clean and aches and pains relieved

was going also say kneading bread dough, however did not think that product was as available as marzipan. unless of course you decided to make some after your caving trip.
I would also say this measure is for extreme ground in dirt which scrubbing with a brush fails to get out of your hands

Now all the girls' have had there chance for reply here's my grime busting solution. Swarfega with a spoon of sugar...

Plain old washing up liquid with sugar is just as good as swafega and a lot cheaper, just without the great smell
