Recently there was long thread about the BCA. I can now post possible answers to some of the questions, such as "Why is the BCA still raising membership prices when there is a significant amount still left in its coffers?"

Handy place to park a bike!

christ, only if you want to lose the bike!! (or you could tie it to a scaff plank)

by the way, if you look really carefully to the bottom right hand side of the picture there is a potential dig site, often draughting, a bit muddy, but not anymore unpleaseant than most Mendips digs.

more news update, the owner of said entrance has now refused permission for access, due to excess puplicity on this forum,  for whatever activity. A gate is being manufactured as we speak and will be rawl bolted into place next week. We wait in anticipation for the unceremoneous wrenching off of the gate that will surely follow.

Could be risky, doing anything that might obstruct that entrance.  I'm sure that system is more lava tube than solutional, and is probably still active.

Dear Carmen.
I'm somewhat concerned that you spend your time searching the internet for phallic allusions.
I am told that there was a programme on the television service where a lady showed pictures of curiously shaped vegetables.
Are you considering changing your surname?
Carmen Rantzen has a certain ring about it, don't ya think?
Regards
Robert
