Was down Jingling tuther day only to be greeted by another sheep which went on a night walk without a Petzl tikka (or similar), anyway it was humming a lot. Its near the bottom of the main pitch still all intact. The sheep which did similar last year, which was found near the bottom of the Lateral Cleft route, is a scattered skeleton.
Anyway, carried on down the next pitch then further down the rift to the extensions/dig and carried on down for a snoop around and felt a lot of draughting. Has there been any advancements in recent times?? It was on Sunday morning after a lot of rain the night before. I know this connects to Aquamole via sumps (I think)... Will attempt a piccie or two or three if i know how to do it..img/img

AFAIK Jingling and Aquamole are not in any way connected. I was involved in trying earlier this year though. It seemed like a bit of a long term project to me - the very faint 'tap tap tap' result suggested that there's quite some way to go. The Aquamole end is also moderately unpleasant. Good luck to anybody who digs there - it would be a classic, although I suspect none too popular trip.

George.
