As I mentioned in a previous post, entries to the Video Media salon at Hidden Earth must be made in advance this year. There will be no entries allowed on the day.
If you want to enter you must email me today (Saturday) or tomorrow, or you will not be able to enter.
Unfortunately, Speleology magazine, and BCA's newsletter have both been delayed and information that we were hoping to get out before the end of August is still not on people's doorsteps. If you know of anyone who is planning on entering the Video competition, can you please pass this note on to them?
We do have some entries, so there will be a competition, but you will not be allowed to enter on the day.
The reason for this is to do with timetabling. It is impossible to know how many entries will turn up at the last moment, and what length they will be (and what problems we will have reading people's discs).
