Inglesport For Sale

Went past Inglesport this evening to get some chips before an evening jaunt to Yordas.  Turns out the shop, cafe, and climbing wall are all up for sale. 

Everywhere seems to be up for sale in Ingleton - The pizza restaurant, Bernies, The Sweet Shop and now Inglesport.

No more details yet as I didnt catch the selling agent and could not find details on the web.

Inglesport has been for sale for a long time, around a year I think.

In other news - the 'I Quit' shop, which took over from the fireplace shop, only lasted a few months.  Taking over from that is a second hand book shop.  Looking in the window today I could see a number of caving books on the shelves.  Looks like they may have a few gems.

I remember fondly the little shop opposite the Spar, which 20 or so years ago sported, in prime display position, a Bill Beaumont Junior Fishing Set with the derisory ?3.00 (or whatever it was) label slap bang in the middle of Bill's forehead. And it must have been there for several years. Glad I've been able to offload that..
