List of contacts for clubs?

I was wondering if there was any comprehensive, computer friendly, spreadsheet or list for email/other electronic contacts for uni and non-uni clubs?  How does BCA keep this data for collation/distribution/sorting, etc.?  Just thinking for next year's Hidden Earth there MUST be an easier way to get the reminder messages out to everyone as I'm sure not everyone (gasp!) using UK Caving....

Anyone who can point me in the right direction, I'll buy ya a pint at HE this year.
