Recently there was long thread about the BCA. I can now post possible answers to some of the questions, such as "Why is the BCA still raising membership prices when there is a significant amount still left in its coffers?"
Sorry, but I couldn't really say, other than it was pretty well concealed by "jungle" on very steep ground..When I say concealed I mean you would not be able to see it from more than a couple of meters away...
