It is indeed Ian. I’d read about it there but interesting to hear it from the people involved. I hadn’t realised Vernon was involved.

I suppose Race Against Time is a little out of print now, but I've always regarded it as a little like required reading, surprised me. I was thinking that the aftermath also included work at the pitches to make them safer? I should get the book out but it's a little open ended in the film, I thought the team went back and cemented a lot of the boulders in place?

They tried, but there was another, even more catastrophic collapse which put an end to the matter.
