Ogof Carno Wezzit?

I've had this photo on my hard drive for years taken by an unknown photographer. It was uploaded to my Cave Database (now defunct) that I created back in 2000 and ran for a few years. I come across it every so often and then wonder where it might be as I don't recognise it.
Anyway,this has a filename of "Where in Carno.jpg" as the only info I had for it is that it was taken in Carno.
So, does anyone have any idea, where in Carno is it?

No idea. The problem is that most of Carno looks abit like this.

Does look like a photo that might have appeared in Caves and Caving or Descent. Doesn't appear to be much chance of actually visiting the cave to find out due to ongoing no access.

Manrabbit's theory is that it's in the Hotel Carnophobia area but yes, unless we get access again, we are unlikely to know for certain.
