I concur with Yordas, though there's a lot of rigging involved (and that's 3/4 of the trip).
Depends how you rig it - if you avoid the over the top traverse on Chapterhouse and rig off a couple of bolts, abseil straight down the waterfall - wet but fun (not ideal for going back up, obviously).
The actual question the OP raised of abseil in from the surface then walk out somewhere else is a tricky one - ianballs suggestion of Dismal-Old Ing is one of the few that fit the criteria. Heron, Swinsto and Simpson all require pull-throughs, which is a different kettle of fish to rigging one pitch and removing from the surface after the trip.
I'm not overly familiar with the Nidderdale area - I know there's walk in and SRT options to Goyden and New Goyden - it's possible something might be an option within those systems - maybe rig a pitch in Goyden, do a round trip and remove rope on way out perhaps? (someone with more knowledge will definitely provide a better answer!)
Getting deeper in to the realm of route finding, the Ease Gill system has a few options of through trips (including a couple where you more or less derig from the surface or only a short distance underground afterwards) but I guess it's not what Arran is after at this moment in time..
