Apropos the latter, did you know that the guy that predicted the world would end the other day got it wrong once before; that time, he blamed his maths ? said he'd done his sums wrong.

I must say, though, that I hadn't realized just how much crap there is out there.

If it's going to be a regular occurance, perhaps we could celebrate it with a Bank Holiday each year. We would all then know when it was due to happen and could plan accordingly.
