Trying to develope a introduction to caving session for our club

Hiya once again I am asking for a little help I am trying to develop a caving introduction course for our new members a little like the caving fundamentals do any of the clubs out their have your own versions of this and if so I don't suppose you would mind sharing it with me. We are a fairly new club and still building ourselves from the ground upwards.
