Those who have/haven't got it to work... Are you looking on a computer monitor or a phone/tablet? I've tried for ages and can't see anything; I wonder if it's because the image is too small on my phone?

Mind you, I never was much good at these....

Awesome.  The fun with these is all about getting them to work.  I held the screen to my face, went cross eyed and then drew the screen away slowly, re-crossing a few times until it came into focus.  It is on a laptop though.

We came across a whole shop selling these near a friends house in Mexico City. It seemed very exotic at the time.  We passed the shop on the way to the pub on several occasions and spent more time gazing into the shop window than in the pub.  Or so it seemed at the time...

 I just got it to work - first time ever for one of these! I looked on my phone and followed the suggestion above to look at the reflection in the screen to help focus behind the image.

Having had another look at the first stereowotzit, I agree that it looks like a rather emaciated female, though she's quite well endowed up top; she seems to have a helmet but no lamp, and to be carrying something on the back of her neck ? so what is it meant to be, langcliffe?

No idea - it just looked like a caver to me. There is a severe limit to the amount of detail that can be achieved with an autostereogram, so any representation will be just an approximation, and one's visual interpretation of that representation subject to personal bias. So if you're into large boobs, you'll probably see large boobs!

I think that's her hair tied in a ponytail.

I am looking on a laptop. The colour image seems to be a cross legged girl with pig tails, sitting in a field of large mushrooms. Two spiders in the roof, and possibly a cat just left of centre. The setting could be in a dense fantasy forest, or a cave. Perhaps because of the white border I found this one more difficult...

Could be a forest or a cave?? The three creatures above look more like crabs with their large front claws, and the animal to the left of the girl is a wild cat/dog/wolf, although its head appears to be rat shapped.

The source of the jpeg tagged it with "girl, rat, mushrooms, caves", but it's all in the eye of the beholder.

A crop of the pic showing one of the elements of the girls face which may help viewers?

yeah i cant see these, never seen one ever. my brain is not neurotypical though and I can see the numbers in redgreen colourblind tests as well as for normal vision. Probably because red looks like green if I dont focus right :)

I can't see 'em, either. Never have been able to.  Tried these on the pc monitor and by printing out the one on the link that Maj sent.  Looked carefully at nose distance, moved the thing out until I could see 3 red squares, gazed until I got a headache - with and without my glasses - but could only see lots of little coloured stars.

Oh well...  I can detect the soapy taste of rancid coconut at extremely low levels, for whatever that's worth.    :yucky:

It's quite bulky though. Wouldn't it flop to one side?

Latest one is a 3 legged hyena or bear in an alcove!

I suppose the 4th leg is hidden behind one of the others...  This one worked better for me than the others
