Reasonable option given the length of abseil, wouldn't fancy that on a Stop!

Wow, I thought - that looks exciting.  Hope they have a safety net for him at the bottom!

But no - he was only abseiling.  Not quite the same thing in my book.

yeah, but he had a life-line as well as the 'single' rope, and it looks like he was tip-toeing down like a pensioner (no disrespect to pensioner readers ) - he could have looked like he was having fun !
